Our Philosophy

At Ingham Early Learning Centre we aim to provide children & families with an atmosphere that is warm, welcoming, nurturing and enjoyable. we offer a safe and supportive environment where children are valued and encouraged to develop to their full potential.

We believe that by providing a caring, stimulating stable & safe environment for exploration, investigation and experimentation, children of all abilities, background and ages will develop confidence and be empowered to solve problems and make numerous discoveries. It is in the early years of development that children form who they are as individuals.

We  believe children need to be responded to with warmth, respect & love which will create reciprocal feelings of trust, security, respect, belonging & love. We base our program on the principles of respect, responsibility & community. Recognising the value of exploration & discovery in a supportive and enriching environment.
